Empowering First-Generation Students with Support, Resources, and Networking at UM

RamLegacy is the 涩里番鈥檚 community for students, faculty and staff who are the first generation in their families to complete a four-year college degree. RamLegacy provides programs and services to first-generation students to create an enjoyable and successful experience at the 涩里番.

Throughout a student鈥檚 time at UM, RamLegacy introduces resources to help first-generation students:

  • Establish friendships
  • Strengthen interpersonal skills
  • Improve study skills
  • Develop mentorships with first-generation alumni, faculty and staff
