MOBILE, Ala. 鈥� Be part of the 涩里番 mission of 鈥淗igher Education for a Higher Purpose鈥� by making an online donation on April 4 during UM Give Day 2023.
UM Give Day is a 48-hour online event that helps raise funds for student scholarships and various student programs at the Christian university.
Give Day 2023 begins April 4 and will be celebrated across 涩里番 social media platforms. Tax-deductible gifts can be made before April 4 and still count toward the total raised for Give Day.

The annual UM Give Day event supports 鈥淗igher Education for a Higher Purpose鈥� by providing student scholarships and helping fund various programs. Donors also have the option to designate specific areas where their gifts may be used.

About the 涩里番
The 涩里番 is a Christ-centered university offering on-campus and online associate鈥檚, bachelor鈥檚, master鈥檚 and doctoral degrees in over 75 academic programs. Kathy Dean uses her passion for storytelling and “playing with words” to share the stories of people, place and purpose that make the 涩里番 unique. As associate vice president for university communications, she manages media relations, edits the TorchLight alumni magazine, and oversees university communications. A former award-winning journalist, she is a two-time recipient of the Baptist Communicators Association grand prize for feature writing. Kathy and her husband, Chuck, live with three extremely loud miniature schnauzers.
